Our story begins as a small organizational consulting firm founded by Michal Blat Ben-David and Dr. Yael Lapidot-Raz—childhood friends whose relationship has only deepened with the formation of their professional partnership. From the very first moment, it was clear to us—change is not only background noise. Change is the thing itself, and it is critical to manage it correctly.
Over the years, we have guided hundreds of technological and organizational change projects: implementing complex systems, assisting mergers and acquisitions, enacting changes in organizational structure and culture, refining values and the “organizational story,” and helping in the adaptation to new work environments. We have worked alongside high-tech companies and startups, traditional and innovative industries, healthcare systems, public establishments, national infrastructure programs, and financial institutions. With each endeavor, we’ve encountered a common challenge—the impact of new technology on the people for whom it is intended.
